Tuber uncinatum Chatin

Uncinato Truffle is also known as “Scorzone” or “Bourgogne Truffle”.

The season begins on 1st October and it lasts till 31st December*

This truffle variety has the same characteristics of the Summer Truffle
(it is its autumn version) but its interior colour is a bit darker and the aroma a bit more intense,
that’s why it has a bigger gastronomic value than the Aestivium.

It has a variable form and size; its external part is black and wrinkled, inside it is hazel brown with white veins.
